The "Speckled Henpeckers" are hereby revealed to be a "flock" of maturing, grouchy and increasingly featherless specimens (speak for yourselves, says Bob). They regularly leave their mates on a Thursday evening to pursue their sole goal in life: to leave their mates on a Thursday evening. (Except Andy who sometimes brings Steph - he forgot to read the rules!)

Cocky speckled henpecker

The Speckled Henpeckers

Left to right we are:

Truculent Tom

Often seen in the undergrowth on golf courses (sadly not with other birdies).  A sturdy "physical" specimen, Tom is characterised by his "retiring" nature.  Thinking of un-retiring.
A nut case.

Surly Steve

Renowned for his "musical" contributions.  Steve's daily habitat is too close for comfort and has left him mentally, if not physically, scarred.
A sad case.

Belligerent Bob Very much at home in plants and well versed in anything of the "web" variety.  Creator of this pretentious little site.  Soft in the head.
A pillow case.

Rancorous Roy

Tends to live in the "past", an ex-hacker from Sunday pub football.
A basket case.

Insets:
Angry Andy Also renowned for his "musical" contributions.  Draughted in to counteract the musical advantage of some of the "super-teams".
Stroppy Steph An occasional visitor to the team, Andy's wife Steph keeps a close watch for stupid answers then tells us what to write.  Another musical star.
